Communication
Rules for citing funding sources
The visibility of funding sources is a contractual obligation of the ExposUM Institute.
By receiving funding from the ExposUM Institute, project leaders and partner institutions agree to acknowledge the support of the France 2030 program, the ExposUM Institute, and the Occitanie Region in all their communications, as well as in their publications and results.
Procedure
The logos for France 2030, the University of Montpellier, and the Occitanie Region, as well as the NextGenerationEU logo of the European Union and the acknowledgment message—in French or English—must appear on all communication materials.
Non-exhaustive examples of relevant communication materials include: presentations (PowerPoint, posters, etc.), printed materials (brochures, flyers, invitation cards and emails, sign-in sheets, letters, certificates of participation, various signage), press releases and communications in other media, etc.
For all publications, scientific results, and deliverables, as well as for any materials on which logos cannot be displayed, the acknowledgment statement must be provided in French or English.
Special Case:
The ERDF logo and the ERDF funding notation must be displayed only on projects receiving these funds. The projects in question will be notified directly by the ExposUM team.
