Expressions of Interest
Calls for Expressions of Interest are programs designed to support initiatives that promote dialogue between the research community and society on issues related to the exposome.
These activities can take various forms, including the establishment of research networks, seminars, study days, workshops, symposia, conferences, exhibitions, field surveys, internships, or any other scientific event focusing on the environmental determinants of human health.
These projects are based on a transdisciplinary approach and bring together scientific research and civil society actors (public institutions, organizations, private sector entities, etc.).
The purpose of the Calls for Expressions of Interest is to apply knowledge related to the exposome. They aim to develop comprehensive mitigation strategies tailored to the local context and to encourage innovation by creating a “Science-Society” interface to disseminate the results.
Each project that receives support includes at least one outreach or public engagement activity (such as a conference, public event, or film or documentary screening) to highlight the work that has been done and promote its dissemination to a wide audience.
Expressions of Interest are initiatives led by the Interfaces division of the ExposUM Institute.
